Re: Can you do Colosan with psyllium?

My understanding is that taking a bulking agent like psylium fiber with an oxygenating colon cleanser like colosan will be wasteful; P&B shakes work by bulking up bowels and scraping the intestine walls while colosan liquifies the bowels so P&B might not do its job with colosan.
I'm currently taking parasite cleanser with a fiber colon cleanser (which is the suggested method); not sure if there are any interactions between Clarkia and colosan.
