Re: Juice Fasting and Colon Cleansing. Time/How long?
Hi #41307,
I always prepare my digestive tracks before going on a juice fast. I spend at least 2 days before my juice fast cleansing my system with laxatives and cleansing enemas. For more details see my Blog under M titled “My Challenge by propaul”. Most often my juice fast are for 5 days or less. If you intend to go from your juice fast directly into a
Colon Cleanse I would keep the juice fast short like 3 days then go into the colon cleanse.
I agree with Valerie, I believe that it is very necessary to take a daily cleansing series enema during the juice fast. You need to rid your body of the toxins resulting from the fast.
My preference for a
Colon Cleanse is the PBC shake again with daily cleansing enemas ending with a 2 cup coffee retention enema to start cleansing your liver. All my
Colon Cleanse are 3 to 5 days long. I prefer short colon cleanse but often I repeat them monthly.
Before you go for the
Liver Flush please take stone softening treatment for five days and then go for the liver flush.
I believe that 2 weeks of juice fasting is too long if you intend to go on a colon cleanse immediately after the fast. You can combine the colon cleanse with the
parasite treatment and then go on the stone softening session ending with a liver flush. Also remember the morning after the
Liver Flush you need to take a strong laxative or deep cleansing enemas. I repeat this for 3 days after the flush to make sure that all the stones and toxins are removed from my bowels.
I hope this answers some of your questions.
By the way a few messages above this message you will my formula for my PBC shake. Do not take psyllium capsules, they always constipates me very badly.
