new with a question


Hi all. I'm new here. I have a few questions if you don't mind. But first let me tell you a bit about myself.

I love to eat, I usually eat 6 small meals a day. They usually consist of a low fat protein (2oz) and a carb with a veggy (sometimes). I also drink tons of coffee. I know I'm probably not getting the vitamins and minerals I should be.
I also am a bit over weight. I have a problem with acid reflux and IBS. But most of the time I'm very gassy and constipated. I also have I guess you could say some mental issues. I don't want to say I'm a head cause but I get confused very easily, I have a lot of anxiety attacks, I'm always paranoid so on and so forth. I just feel out of it most of the time.
In the last few months I've been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease of the mouth, lichen planus. I've been having very sore gums too.
By the way, Im 22 years old, recently quit smoking, exercise daily, can't loose this weight : - (


1) I just bought Sonnes #7 and some pysllium. I took a bit under the recommended dosage cause I wanted to feel it out. I took it last night around 5 (yucky). I guess I was expecting like a miracle but I've only had one small movement, a pencil thin movement. Should I take more? When should I start seeing major results like others are having?

2) I usually only eat chicken turkey and fish like salmon. Should I cut these out to be regular?

3) When you guys say eat raw food, do you mean I have to just eat veggies and fruit completely raw with nothing on them all the time? I can't imagine living off broccoli and cauliflower and salads with vinegar. It just doesn't sound to yummy.
