Re: Does anyone know a good colon cleanse without Cascara Sagrada, Senna, or fruit?

Oxypowder makes me nauseous and just gives me the runs. No dark stuff comes out. No mucoid plaque. Strange. It just feels like I'm overdosing on magnesium when I take it....which strangely enough, too much magnesium makes me nauseous, too.

What is Colosan? Is it similar to Oxypowder ? And I'm not sure Epsom Salts get rid of mucoid plaque, do they? I've never heard of this.
