4 yr old child with bad dysbiosis - please help!

I just posted this over on parasites -- hope its okay to repeat here... Please help! I have a 4 year old boy with dysbiosis, candida, klebsiella overgrowth, and no measurable Lactobacillus. We believe his candida is under control but we've
recently learned he has moderate amounts of Blastocystis. He is currently so bloated that he looks 4-5 months pregnant! I'm convinced the Bastocystis underlies all the other problems (he's never had Antibiotics and has always been on a very low Sugar diet). I am having a difficult time
sorting through effective treatment options. Any thoughts you have on the following would be deeply appreciated.

1. BOWEL CLEANSE. I'd like to do a Bowel Cleanse for him (Holistic Horizons brand - has psylium), Will this be just too harsh for a little fellow?? I've been unable to
locate any cleanse formulations for children -- any ideas? I suppose I could use a flax seed based 'laxative' product for kids but these don't really remove the deep gunk
(his digestion has been bad for a couple years). I know parasites tend to burrow into the old intestinal gunk, and that it's important to remove it for effective treatment in
adults. What to do for a 4 year old??

2. parasite TREATMENT. After the cleanse, my idea is to rotate a artemesia/wallnut hull/clove/caprylic acid formulation (ParaGone from Renew Life) with a good Oil
of Oregano product to attack the parasites. I'll continue the enzyme he's on (Enzymedica Digest) througout this period. A naturopath recommended the conventional drug
Alinia (nitazoxan) or the blasto, but she's quite young and without much experience yet. Does my herbal approach sound reasonable? If so, how long of a rotation would
you recommend (I was thinking 5-6 days of one formulation, then switch to the other for the same amt of time). Should I incorporate the Alinia in somehow?

3. RECOMMENDATIONS. BIAMONTE (in New York) has a website that is very appealing in the way he approaches candida/parasites. However he's extremely
expensive, and secretive about the details of his treatment protocols. Have you heard of him and whether he's on the up-and-up?
Can you recommend anyone else with specific expertise in this area that might be able to help us?

Please help - especially with regard to the wisdom of a cleanse.
