Whoa, busy last 24 hours, it's nice to be back at the keyboard. :)

Okay, today is day three (duh). My tongue is unbelievably yellow and coated. I think this is getting easier with each day, though. I got out and played tennis yesterday morning and although I was lower on energy by the end of the day, it wasn't too bad. I didn't even need a nap yesterday.

I did, however, "move" all day long so I cut back to three digestive pills last night.

It looks to me like the MP is moving in the morning. The other stuff that comes out later in the day is more gelatinous, like it could be pectin and bentonite.

I really hope I'm mentally strong enough to do a Liver-Flush at the end because it should be a good one!
