It makes you feel drunk, and gives you a headache. It's pretty intense because there's so many toxins released.

It happens when the psyllium scrapes the walls of your colon, and more toxins are given off than your body is capable of handling. So you are auto-intoxicated.

When you have this reaction you will probably have a hard time going to work or doing things that require concentration because your body is so full of toxins, and it lasts many hours.

It is different for every person, but I have severe bowel problems because I've eaten a completely wrong diet my whole life so my bowel is really clogged up. So I have had very severe herxheimer's reaction.

You will find out after you start doing the bowel cleanse!!!

I can't freaking WAIT until I'm done cleansing my bowel. This is my least favorite cleanse, because it takes so long and because of the intoxication. I seriously hope that after I'm done my health will be better!! Tweet
