go to a food co-op or a health food store. Get psyllium and liquid bentonite. If you get Bentonite powder you have to shake it up w/ water in a bottle, then add the psyllium and shake it again. This is because you have to drink the psyllium quickly before it expands (it expands to ten times it's size when it's mixed with water, that is how it cleans your bowel). But Bentonite is difficult to mix with water because it doesn't mix easily, so you have to shake it up a lot first before the psyllium is added- you use about 1 teaspoon of each, give or take.

Let me warn you- nobody told me about this but I got severe herxheimer's reaction from bowel cleanse!! So start off SLOWLY, and make sure you're schedule is free because it gives you autointoxication!!!!!!!! That means you're being poisoned from inside of yourself. You will might feel drunk and get a headache.

Just keep going though... give your body what it needs- I'd suggest some chlorella. Chlorella is definitely good stuff. And eat the right types of food for your blood type.

Do try the P&B, just be aware that it isn't for everyone.
Some people, myself included, became excessively constipated using the P&B. I had to switch to Oxypowder to get things moving and cleansed.

But its one of those things you have to try yourself to figure out. Do pay attention to your body and how it reacts.
