Re: some questions, would like advice

I was using the Special Formula bulking agent and was planning on eventually using the Intestinal Cleansing formula but never got to that. The Special Formula bulking agent contains whole husk psyllium powder and some herbs:

Dandelion Root......0.31 gm
Cloves......0.14 gm
Plantago Endosperm......0.01 gm
Plantago Embryo......0.01 gm
