First, I have heard you are not supposed to use herbal laxatives. Is Holistic Horizons an herbal laxative?
Also, I tried the Holistic Horizons program for about one week but decided to stop it. Since then, I feel like peristalsis has slowed down, and I have also been sort of irregular. It seems like things should have gone back to normal by now. I think that I was not drinking enough water in the last couple days of the week that I was on the cleanse. Could this be the reason for these changes? I'm a little worried.
