Actually I was still eating, just a lot less than I was before. I was drinking fresh lemon juice and flooding my body with water.
I'm not really sure what I should do, maybe change up the protocol a bit??
I think maybe I was using a little bit too much Bentonite and psyllium also. I'm not sure.
I feel fine now after eating though. I'm not really sure what the problem is. I'll probably just have to pay attention to the way my body responds to it.
