I had better success and less negative reaction with the Oxypowder cleanse. It was quick, I got out a ton of dark black muck. I also experienced severe cramping during the third or fourth day of taking it. Per Andreas, he thought I was clearing a major impaction or obstruction. I felt great the entire time I was on this cleanse.

The Colonix cleanse lasted much longer. I purchased a two month supply as I really wanted to clean any MP out. It requires you to drink a fiber shake, take parasite capsules and then drink a tea before bedtime. I didn't see any parasites during this cleanse and felt okay during most of it. However, after about week 4, I started feeling AWFUL. I tried to work through it as I figured it was a bad cleansing crisis, but it keep getting worse. As soon as I stopped taking the Colonix, I started to feel better within several days. I am not sure if I should have just stuck through it, but I was getting really sick and I couldn't work through it any longer.

Everyone reacts differently to different products and cleanses and I recommend both. It is just that the Colonix didn't work well with my system for longer than 30 days.
