You don't have to overhaul your entire life. I feel as you do. I want to enjoy my life too. I drink my 1 cup of coffee everyday and I don't care if I shouldn't. Im still getting results from all that Im doing. Make any changes you feel comfortable with. I still have a glass of wine now and then,I still eat meat (mostly chicken), and I still enjoy some dessert now and then. I have cut down on dairy, sugar, processed foods etc, but Im not going to get crazy. Remember some folks on here maybe need to be more rigid, as their condition may be worse then yours. Everybody's regime will look a bit different and I don;t think there is a right way or a wrong way, just a way that is best for you. Good luck!
