I am new. Need some help with P&B

Hi!

I have been looking at curezone for weeks now and have come across a lot of helpful information. Anyway, here is my question.

I started the P&B shakes yesterday. I literally choked down the first one I mixed with water (used liquid Bentonite clay and powdered Psyllium). The second one I mixed with 100% pure apple juice. It was A LOT better. So, my question is this-is it okay to mix the P&B with apple juice? I have read you can mix it with juice, but I was never able to locate what specific kind of juice to use.

Also, if I decide to stop the P&B, can I use Oxypowder and get the same results? F/Y/I, here is what I am doing:

parasite Cleanse & Bowel Cleanse at the same time-Monday thru Friday

Salwater Flush on Saturdays

I will do that for about 2 weeks and then do a Liver Flush.

However, my main concern is the mixing of P&B with juice and is Oxypowder the same as P&B.
