I have read that other people have done that. And someone's husband did half in the morning and half at night.

I know about accidents I prefer to use some padding so I don't have to worry.

I am surprised that you have been able to control your BM"s. I always have to stay home.
I now use the capsules may be twie a week. If I overeat I like to use ES, cheaper.

Did you see the message of the person who got some solid mucoid plague on the Oxypowder . I had never heard that before.
