I ended up doing just shy of two months on the Colonix program. I did have good results (got rid of lots of stuff!) but ended up having to stop it about a week early. It was a bit harsh for me...I think I was clean after about 5 weeks or so and was beginning to clean out all of the good bacteria along with the bad. Started to experience just some yucky side effects that I can only attribute to the Colonix cleanse. I chatted with Dr. Andreas from this forum and he said while there is nothing wrong with the Colonix program, he doesn't always recommend it because the fiber formula used can end up causing more harm than good once you are clean (meaning stripping your system of many good things along with the bad). I took a good probiotic for a month after the cleanse and that got me back to normal.

I don't know if this is what you were looking for. I probably confused you even more. My boyfriend did two months on Colonix and had great results-no problems. Everyone is different!! I wouldn't NOT recommend the Colonix cleanse because again, I had great results, my boyfriend had great results, and some friends of ours have as well. But for me, it was a little too harsh and I'll try something different next time.

So to make a long story short, from what I experienced and what Shelley from this forum told me, the Colonix program is quite good and will give you much of the results you are probably looking for. However for me, it just ended being a little too harsh for my system.
