Don't be embarassed - I think it's great you're not afraid to look at you pooh! (heh heh) When I started doing alot of these cleanses I had my designated collander and chopstick to help sift through the crazy array of debris! freaky - but, very rewarding, I thought!

It sounds as though you are getting out rather old cholesterol-crystal 'stones'! Cooool! They don't sound exactly like the stones people usually pass in Liver Flushes (which usually have hard green jelly-like insides) - but they definitely sound like a relative! Fat floats and they sound like cholesterol for sure. Way to go!

Have you ever had a cholesterol count done before? It is ALWAYS interesting to hear about the before-cleanse and after-cleanse cholesterol count test results - I've seen many people who's cholesterol goes waaaay down after flushing and cleansing...
