right side abdominal pain

i was suffering from a type of constipation, i have used all laxative, enema, fruit juice like purne juice, my stool becomes watery but passes thru like funnel, not in one time. doctors have checked my lower intestine there is nothing blockage whatsoever. after evacuation i always feel pain at my lower side of abdomin where ascending colon located to find the cause of pain doctor made a surgery and they removed my appendix which was little bit inflammed, but problem even not solved, i still have pain.


is someone can help me out with some cure. i am tired being sick and making trips to hospital for the last three months with this suffering.
