passing crazy stuff on holistic horizons!

my 3rd day into it and strange things are coming out again! parasite entangled ropy things and mucous bound stuff...joy!
my biggest thrill of the day seems to revolve around what came out! am i going crazy? lol!

on a more serious note: this is the 3rd time i'm trying this particular cleanse in a yr. and i'm finally getting good results. i think it takes a while for things to dislodge, with breaks of liver flushes, enemas and parasite cleansing in btw, but when they do, they keep coming!

for anyone interested in a longer, gradual version of cleansing i would recommend it!
