I have suffered with constipation for years, and what usually happens is that everthing reaches the end of the line and stops. It'll sometimes be days beforethe urge is strong enough to move things out. Today, I drank 1/2 a cup of coffee and it did the trick, but I don't want to rely on coffee or laxatives to do the trick. I just recently did PB shakes for about 5 days but it didn't help any. After two days of it working great, I clogged back up. I eat a high fiber diet, eat flax seeds, drink plenty of water...I am about to give up!
