thanks, holistic nurse. no, i don't know anybody in my fam with changes like that. I do have immediate family with digestive and constipation problems. but my dad is the one with digestive ( i think it comes from worry and anxiety) and my grandmother has constipation problems but she's over 80 so i'm not sure that counts much.
