Re: Electrolytes and colon cleansing

Hi AnnaBanana (good name), I was just curious about where you heard that mag citrate will screw up electrolyte balance? I take a product called Natural Calm which is mag citrate and it is probably my favorite supplement. I want to make sure that I'm not overdoing it. If you could refer me to your source, that would be great.
