Yep, afraid so ... for some folks ...

Not the first one, but my second and third Liver Flushes gave me really bad constipation. Tooks months of other remedies (mostly Chinese herbs -- the kind you boil at home every other day) to get things going along regularly. I've talked to at least five or six other people who've had the same reaction to liver flushes. It appears that -- for some people -- one Liver Flush is fine, but more than that just messes up things. My Chinese herbalist explained it to me, but I don't recall his response (or maybe I didn't understand it because of the language they use -- a different 'world view' of how the body functions). At any rate, apparently it effects how the organ interact with each other.

Soooo, I guess it's just one of those things we all have to experiment with to see how our own personal bodies respond.
