Probably best if you avoid more liver flushes. They gave me BAD constipation (and I've known others to have the same problem). Probably one was good, but more is not necessarily better when it comes to this kind of stuff.
You're skin is probably breaking out because of the constipation. (I've noticed a direct relationship between constipation and eczema. When I get the bowels going well, the eczema goes away.) You've gotten some good advise above, but you might also consider just the psyllium husks without the Bentonite for awhile until you're 'moving along' well. (P&B is only a useful detox and cleansing tool when you're bowels are moving well.) Also, try adding some flax seed oil to the psyllium mixture. Yeah, it's gross to drink, but it helped me get things moving along !
