The first three days I passed thick, gooey, black/very very dark brown "brownie mix" looking bm's. I have been told that was liquified MP. I have never passed any thick ropey MP on any of my 4 bowel cleanses. I am planning on doing the Colonix bowel/ parasite cleanse next month. We will see if I pass any MPropes on that cleanse - or any "live creatures"!! I can't imagine I am totally clean yet. But plan to take a break after the Colonix and just do the flax for a while.

I am doing a Liver Flush this month, my 5th, so hopefully it will be more successful now that my bowel is less clogged up!
