another favourite dressing

Hi HH!

Here is another of my favourite salad dressings. I put this dressing on a salad with lettuce, red pepper, cucumber and fresh basil leaves and goat feta (better for you than the cow stuff apparently) - toss it all up in a super-large bowl (I think the tossing is KEY to a great salad).

Greek salad dressing:

1/4 cup diced red onion
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (or half balsamici, half red wine vinegar)
dash of Seasalt
ground pepper
1/4 cup of olive oil

Just mix it up with a spoon in a bowl...then pour over your salad stuff and toss!
