Yes...you can be baptized and should if that is what God has put on your heart. Perfection is no requirement since Christ is the only perfect one. Just confess your sin as the Holy Spirit brings conviction. Also, pray that God will give you wisdom and peace in your decision making about health and family related decisions. Don't forget that once you give your life to Christ, you belong to Him and He will take care of you. And read God's word and apply it to your situation!! Greater is He that is in you then he that is in the world!!
