Thank you, I really appreciate it. I'm terribly sorry about your loss.

I've been married for almost 9 years, and each one gets worse. I feel so sorry for him, I think that's what keeps me here. He's only taking advantage of me though, and that's not helping him at all. I really think the best thing for him is if I leave. Then maybe he'll HAVE to get help (more likely find someone else to take advantage of though). He hasn't gone more than 2 days without drinking for about 20 years. I found that out AFTER I married him. I knew he drank, but I had no idea how much!! Such a good liar he turned out to be!! He even had a good job when we got married... that didn't last long... It's like he was just waiting for me to come alone & "rescue" him.

PS. He's TOTALLY against AA, healthy eating, God.. everything that might help him.
