I will pray for both of you.
You have done the first and main step: ask God for guidance and health.

Additionally I have some comments.

Because my candidiasis I decided to have a bowel cleansing. I was not expecting to lose weight. But because the psyllium made me feel full I was eating less. I lost about 20 pounds very easily. I am very happy about that.

Additionally I had several Liver Flushes and I found that after that I am more capable to stay far from sweets things and my cravings diminished.

I really recommend to have a bowel cleansing because I passed a lot of mucoid plaque that was stuck in my colon. My belly has been reduced. With a cleaner digestive system you will eat less because you can absorb more the nutrients from food.

Also, parasites can make you eat more. parasite cleansing could be really good.

I hope you can find a good protocol. And faith is the best ingredient !!!
