OREGENO!!!!

Well, if you put it in the air ...such as putting it in a diffuser... it helps clean the air for less irritants and it is very very good for people with asthma if you mix it with oil and rub it on your chest or back. For immediate allergy problems Nettle capsules works well too. But, for sinus, obviously salt water up the nose. Collidial silver and colostrum and Manna-C. Oregena is more powerful for Asthma...Nettles for Sinus but it takes a couple days to work but it does work.

I have heard people swear by a very strong antioxidant that is quite expensive called Pycnogenol.
