Re: what power does olive oil have?

Cold or HOT, that is the question!

Fats that have not been heated or pasteurized or chemically processed are good. (RAW fats)

Heated fats are bad. Highly heated fats (fried, margarine, refined corn, refined soy, refined sunflower, refined canola oil) are worst. Fats that contain preservatives are worst!
Fried/baked nuts are BAD!

That is all you need to know!

It doesn't have to be olive oil. It can be raw, white, pork fat, if you can tolerate it, and if it is free from parasites eggs.

All fats that you are unable to tolerate are also BAD fats.
Some people can't tolerate milk, or nuts or eggs, or corn, or soy, or canola, or pork fat.

Virgin Olive oil is almost always COLD PRESSED, even when it is not organic. Virgine Olive Oil is "freshly pressed" olive juice!

Drinking olive oil is "vegetable juicing therapy"!
