i actually do this recipe every day. we drink steam distilled water. we have an distilled. gary null email this to me 2 years ago. 1/8 teaspoon of celtic Sea Salt to 5 gallons of steam distilled water. we never drink faucet water. we this for the minerals that get pulled out of distilled water.
