liver cleansing

I just found this site today and have been looking at the liver cleansing. Is this safe for everyone? My liver has some real abnormal high readings for the ALT and AST and has benn worsening for over a year. My ferritin level is also over 600 (normal being between 10-300 ng/mL). After a year of abnormal testing my doctor is finally sending me to a gastrointestinal specialist this month.
Will this Liver Cleansing help? Thanks, Jackie
