I did not really have much of an appetite for a while. It was ok with me, I sure needed to lose weight any how. I would think that your body is trying to heal itself, and that is why you are not having much of an appetite right now. Try Hulda's suggestion of eating a baked potato like a person would eat in a concentration camp.....slowly and chewing well and don't eat the skin. As far as I know I never have had trouble with digestion......just had the one gall bladder attack.....before that I ate all kinds of garbage. I could suck Tobasco right out of the bottle. I have never in my life had to avoid any foods, until the gall bladder attack. I am scared to eat things that may upset my gall bladder yet. I am happy eating what I am eating so I will not go back to eating all the junk I used to eat. If there are stones in a gall bladder its a sure thing that there are more in the liver. Taking out the gall bladder solves nothing...the bile then constantly drips and that can cause more problems. The stones, as you know are formed in the liver and it keeps making more stones even after removal of gall bladder. It may take you even more than ten or twelve flushes to get out all the stones.And again, it may take less that that. We are all different in this respect. Just try to stay encouraged and keep flushing until one day you do a flush and no stones come out. Then do two or three more to make sure you have got them all out and after that do it a few times a year as maintainence. Welcome to Liver Flushing forum !
