I like the whole grain Spelt...it is nutty, chewy, very flavourful and good for you. Steel cut oats, I think they are a whole grain. I often have brown rice for breakfast...stir in some almond milk, cinnamon and raisins...it is yummy! You can make a pot the night before, then just heat up all the ingredients together in the morning...mmm mmmm.
I do like what he says about enzymes...I would get a really good brand and take one with my meal/s when the meal isn't fruit or salad. (raw has lots of enzymes, so no more are needed)
And what he says about probiotics make a lot of sense too.
