Ana...it wasn't until I came over, we printed out a lot of the articles (journey, allergies, new west diet, the last resort), and we sat there all afternoon reading reading reading...that they realized - WOW, we've got to do this!!

I've found that people have to read the stuff themselves, so that their decision comes from deep inside them...

I hope your mom reads lot and gets super healthy!!
