II. WITH SOME MODERATION
Clean meats, cooked rare ( clean means no hormones or Antibiotics )
Raw butter
Raw nuts
Unprocessed fruit and vegetable juices
Raw sugar
Raw dairy
Unrefined molasses
Unrefined peanut butter
Raw honey
Roast fish
He says to 'never be hungry' and eat all you want from column I. because your body will store fat if it's hungry and doesn't know when it's next meal is coming.
