God bless America, and God help her leaders. This ruinous mandate will go down as the "Dred Scott" decision of the XXI century. This decision to allow government seizure of private property for private profit borders on fascism, the unseemly union of government and private interests. Justice Sandra Day O'Connor is to be honored for her particularly cogent and emphatic stand against such jack-booted thuggery. Note that her liberal female counterpart abandoned the Constitution for greener pastures the color of cash. May the Most High grant us holy, just and wise replacements for this aged Supreme Court.
