I have the higher power version rings Alex Chiu sells (Neoydemumn) and noticed my circulation in my hands and arms really revv up alot when I have them on.

I also noticed I had a hard time sleeping for the first 3 weeks or so-- probably because of the increase in circulation- as though I had just done some aerobics. After a month with them on, i finaly was able to sleep though.

Seems it does push the blood along- I like the energy I feel when they are on my hands too. I certainly can't believe Alex Chiu's claims that they make you look like your 20 years old or encourage immortality..lol!!

Just make sure the plus+ end of the ring attracts the -minus part of the opposite ring.

The magnets are so powerful that they did pull out the other magnet from the other ring-- even though they were glued in. I have to keep reinserting them because of this.
