How much into each ear - do you then tilt your head and for how long if so - do you let it run out afterwards - what procedure exactly do you and the others follow.

I have bought the food grade and dilute a quart at a time into 3.5% - I also put a few teaspoons into my cats' big water bowl.

Any other suggestions for treating ailments such as fatigue and injesting orally ?
