I drink 2 quarts of ozonated water a day. Since I don't have
an ozone sauna I can't compare. I can say that ozone is only
as effective as the delivery method. That is, it has to reach
it's target in order to work. I would think that ozone saunas
would be effective at targeting certain tissue (skin and underlying
considitions), while drinking ozone water would be more effective at
targeting gastro-intestinal things and the like (think candida).
Ideally, do both.
