side effects

Hi,

I just started drinking a small amount of food grade hydrogen peroxide in my water. I notice right away I get stomach cramps and then my tongue, which is white from thrush, turns a brown like I burnt it. Is this normal. I feel better after the cramps go away, so would hate to discontinue doing the procedure.
