If I was you I'd start with the Body Ecology diet and follow it to the T. The author is Donna Gates. I'd begin colon cleansing right away. Shulze makes a pretty good intestinal cleanser as does holistic horizons (Robert Gray).

Don't cheat on your diet or its like pouring gasoline on a fire. There is a saying that makes sense. Those unwilling to do what it takes to get well just haven't felt enough pain yet. You may finally ready to do what is necessary. Some people though begin to fell better and then get cocky and WHAM, back to square one ore even worse.

As far as the parasites/bacteria/fungus goes...look into the Beck Protocol and zapping. The first especially will neutralize this load. Do you have Amalgams in your mouth? These will need to be dealt with at some point.

Far Infrared Sauna therapy and clay baths will help pull heavy metals out of your system helping to correct your cellular environment which intern helps correct dysbiosis.
