I can tell you from my candida diet days that fruit juices would send me through the roof! Prior to the onslaught of candida I had a relatively sugar-free diet as far as refined and processed foods. I did eat alot of fruits and fruit juices, plus I had no idea how much hidden Sugar there was in so many other foods. When I first went on the candida diet I went through Sugar withdrawal galore!!!! It wasn't until I had done a few Liver Flushes this past year (15 years later) that I can finally drink apple juice to prepare for a flush! I used to add club soda to my juices when I felt the urge for an oj or something - that reduced my Sugar surge.
