Thanks for your post, I know I am not alone, but it does get disheartening to know that I have stones and just not able to release them.
I don't for the life of me know what I am doing wrong.
Maybe next time I will follow the coke flush or even the cream one that a few folk flush that I am not going to do another, but I can't give up now, I have to clean up my liver and gallbladder.
At least this time I feel good, no pain and nothing stuck.
So that is a bonus.
My bowels have been emptying since 8.30 last night, and it has only been watery stuff with yellow grainy curd. I am trying to talk myself into believing that this stuff is the stones somehow broken up. But I don't take Gold Coin or anything like that, only Milk Thistle.
I hope you start to get results soon.
