Re: Liver flush: headache, increased blood pressure, no results
Gerusa -- Is it possible that the apple juice caused your BP to rise? It sure could have jacked up your blood glucose, which might have had other consequences.
I have been somewhat concerned with the amount of fruit juice fasting that people on this board have indicated. There is almost nothing harder on our endocrine systems than a juice fast.
Some folks say that apple juice is supposed to soften the stones. However, the stones are soft already. We can put on latex gloves and squeeze them and see that they are soft and waxy, so in my view there is no need for apple juice.
Some people have reported no stones on the first try but stones on the second, so you might want to try again. This time you might consider
Hulda Clark 's cleanse. It uses
Epsom Salts , which are thought to dilate the bile ducts and valves to make it easier for the stones to descend and also to (hopefully) prevent them from getting stuck in a valve. You might also try using the grapefruit juice instead of the lemon juice with this method.
