Re: LOTS of pain with second flush!! Did I do it wrong?

I am no expert, but from what I read you did everything right according to Dr. Clark as far as the liver/gallbladder cleanse goes, but what about the your two major organs of elimination. The kidneys and the bowels. You did not mentioned that you did them so I am assuming that you did not. Are they both functioning properly? Clark recommends that the kidney cleanse should be done before the liver/gallbladder cleanse. Dr. Schulze recommends the Bowel Cleanse before doing either of the others cleanses. I have read many times on this forum of people just doing the liver/gallbladder cleanse and having problems similar to yours. I would imagine if they had at least done the kidney cleanse as recommended by Clark they may have not had the problems. And if the bowels are not working properly I would expect the liver to not function as it should. Maybe the attacks were caused by skipping the others cleanses. I hope this may be of some help.
