and I'm on day 2 and so far not bad, I'm pretty sure I've been expelling some interesting things but I'm just to chicken to look in detail...my other question was in regards to the COQ10 that to get rid of Tapeworms you're supposed to take 3000 mg??? Is that correct? Is that dangerous at all to your heart? One thing I will do though that I haven't is been taking psyllium as well and I think that would probably be a good idea...
