Because parasites like to hide inside old feces. So a Bowel Cleanse will clean out everything, so they have nothing to hang on to. I remember when i did my first Bowel Cleanse last year, 5 days after i finished i got out around 40 worms. Then i got out even more of them when i did a parasite cleanse after that.
