You asked me to keep you posted on results of mixing the above together, and the answer is GREAT!!
Had such a time being constipated initially on the 1 tsp. psyllium, 1 tbsp. bent. At times felt like I was going to explode (literally) with my disposition taking an acute nose-dive. Because of the properties and action of the bent., I thought maybe to decrease the amount, which didn't help, and later began taking it (bentonite) only once per week which seemed to help a little.
Wanted to try the Caprol, but broke currently-hence the idea of the OO. After about 2 weeks on it, I am seeing fantastic results and just wanted to update you since I'd asked your thoughts on it.
Movements are much larger in size than ever before (was passing "rabbit poop" before-LOL, and smooth--no straining needed. I cannot tell you how much better I feel--and light as air, instead of like I'm pulling a freight train behind me while walking to class.
I'm also on the second wind of my Paragone protocol and that seems to be going well too. Iim not inclined to poke through the stuff, but the
parasites are big enough, even though embedded, to see clearly. And, as you also mentioned in a previous post, the Paragone is also a contributor to diminishing constipation. Sometimes you don't know just how bad you'r feeling until you start to feel good.
Know I still have a long way to go, but this is the most encouraging juncture of the process to date. Liver cleanse is definitely next on the agenda.
